Twelve Graduates read original poems created during 2008 Young Chicago Authors workshop program. Graduates are Briana Barner, Megan Johnson, Nathaniel Marshall, Lori Moody, Erin Nederbo, Erica Phillips, Michael Rogers, Ariel Rubin, Ona Wang, Tabitha Watson, Jesse Welch and Rashonda Williams


Young Chicago Authors encourages self-expression and literacy through creative writing, performance and publication. YCA provides student-centered, artist-led workshops free to youth ages 13-19 in schools and communities.
