Music from Lisa Kaplan's debut album, and the premier of To Whom Do We Belong created in collaboration with acclaimed puppeteer, Blair Thomas.

This show is a preview of Lisa's upcoming debut record and features compositions written for her by Nico Muhly, Joan Tower, Amy Beth Kirsten and Oliver Lewin, as well as her own compositions. Additionally, it will feature a new work To Whom Do We Belong created in collaboration with acclaimed puppet theater artist, Blair Thomas, that tells the immigration story of Lisa's great-grandmother, Esther Kaplan after surviving WWI in Eastern Europe. Lisa's long-time collaborator, Matthew Duvall will also perform.
