Full Moon is the tale of three women of color whose paths meet at the "crossroads" of life, they form a friendship, and use these bonds to heal old wounds, love themselves and love life. In Full Moon, the coffee shop serves as the crossroad for three uncertain women. Ama is haunted by the ghost of her child. Luna is former stripper who made a pact with the devil. And Cleo goes to the church to pray and the dance club to worship. Full Moon shed's moonlight on issues of abortion, Blackness, faith, friendship, and sexuality. Ultimately Full Moon is about love and the need to have the support of others to make it.
