"Out at Sea" opens the 25th Season for Chopin Theatre and has also been presented at Northern Illinois University Dekalb; Indiana University Northwest; Loyola University Lake Shore; Chicago High School for the Arts and in living rooms. Slawomir Mrozek is perhaps the most important playwright of the 20th century and a great contributor to Theater of the Absurd.  Though his plays were written in Poland during the Cold War over half a century ago they still resonant and are very relevant to contemporary politicking and the manufacturing of consent.
